Rose and Strawberry Red Wine Vinegar

Floral meets fruity in this incredible summery Rose and Strawberry Red Wine Vinegar; we challenge anyone not to be inspired by the harmony of these two Cornish Garden heroes. This luxurious vinegar is Taste of the West‘s gold and champion winner for sauces and accompaniments.

Pair with our basil oil for a phenomenal vinaigrette to make any salad sing…Delicate rose and luscious strawberry come into their own on a mozzarella and avocado salad, we suggest a scattering of lightly toasted almonds on a bed of foraged watercress. This Rose and Strawberry Red Wine Vinegar would be a great addition for an oil and vinegar dipping board.

At Wild Cornwall we have a field full of roses, 20,000 to be exact. We pick these and press them for oil as well as their essence. We then infuse this into the vinegar.
