1. Fill up your cocktail shaker with ice – add your Gin, Vermouth & brine!
2. DO NOT SHAKE – Despite what James Bond says!
3. Leave to infuse for 30 seconds or more.
4. Strain off and pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with as many foraged delights as you can find! Daylily buds are a favourite with the team, or rosemary our trusty faithful!
