Our Flavours
We do local produce with a difference – our chutneys, glazes, teas and jams are based on foraged ingredients selected by our small but mighty team of hustlers and hunter gatherers. Infusing traditional flavours with a wild twist, our bespoke recipes blend superb taste with the secret health benefits we find hidden amongst the hedgerows.

Our Farming
While our base at Trelonk Farm uses the best and newest of sustainable farming techniques, the Wild Cornwall family wanted to take ethical living & cooking one step further. And looking around at all the lush, juicy green surrounding us, both within and without the bounds of Trelonk, it would be criminal not to put it to good use. And that’s where our affair with foraging began.
From the Estate
From our unique position in the heart of Cornwall we are blessed with a bounty of natural ingredients and our 130 acre estate allows us to provide a field to plate experience, ensuring a truly Cornish taste sensation. We work closely with the farm team who operate the market gardens providing us fresh home grown vegetables day after day!
