Elderflower Apple Cider Vinegar

Nothing captures the essence of spring in the countryside like the fragrance of elderflower blossom. The forager’s bread and butter, this versatile little flower blends harmoniously with the tart sweetness of our full flavoured homemade Apple Cider Vinegar. We drink it neat!

On the farm we have elderflower growing in abundance. From May there is masses of tiny white flowers hanging from trees and hedgerows around our estate, it’s a lovely sight and scent. Elderflowers are known to support healthy respiratory systems. Traditionally, herbalists recommend taking elderflowers daily in the allergy season to reduce symptoms of hay fever.

HOW TO USE ELDERFLOWER APPLE CIDER VINEGAR

• Drizzled over salads
• Combined with lemon juice, honey and olive oil to create a tasty vinaigrette
• A shot (25ml), neat or combined with warm water
• Dipping bread with other vinegars and oils
